Most of you know that J.D. received a bad hit to the back with a helmet. He couldn't feel his legs or feet so we took him by Ambulance to Primary children's hospital. He spent 2 days in the hospital flat on his back and they diagnosed him with a compression fracture of the lower spine. He is home and doing great!!! It has been a nightmare keeping him calm.
Then just when we start to get back on our feet again our basement floods and the insurance will not cover it. We have been pulling up carpet and knocking out the drywall which will have to be replaced. It affected two bedrooms downstairs. One of my friends told me that bad things happen in three's. I still have one more to go. That made me so nervous that I got up this morning and check the dog to see if she was dead.lol I think I am losing it!!

I think I am addicted
I am going thru withdrawl this week because I have no sporting events to attend. Yes, you heard me right. I think I have lived with Loren too long and now I am addicted to sports. Who would of thought? lol Things will get better next week because J.D.'s all star tournament starts and so does football.

School Fire
These are pics of the Elementary school fire. I am so glad that the kids were not in school and that no one was hurt. I guess we will wait and see what happens when school starts. I hope they don't have to do the same thing they did when the High School burned down and ship them all to a another school and have them attend at strange odd times.

My Bet
Ok everyone I made a bet with J.D. that starting tomorrow, June 19th, I could go a week without a Pepsi. I told him that I would post it on my blog and facebook so that if anyone sees me cheating they will give J.D. the heads up. Now for those of you that know me I have been drinking pepsi since I was 2 years old.(this is a fact) Yes it is true my mom must of been to tired to fight me. You might want to stay 50 feet away from me for a week because of my withdrawl and mood swings. lol I have never accomplished this feat. Pray for me!!
